Abstract

Procedimiento de obtención de un producto combustible a partir de residuos urbanos, lodos y aceites industriales. El procedimiento consiste en obtener un producto combustible a partir de la mezcla de los siguientes residuos: - Residuos de plástico y cartón obtenidos en las plantas de tratamiento de reciclado de residuos urbanos, residuos que son prensados y transformados en balas en las propias plantas, para sufrir seguidamente una trituración y su almacenamiento en silos, preparados para ser mezclados. - Residuos procedentes de plantas depuradoras de vertidos urbanos e industriales, que tras ser depurada el agua de estos vertidos, se aprovechan los lodos, dispuestos para la mezcla. - Aceites minerales procedentes de cualquier instalación. Posteriormente, estos residuos en su dosis adecuada son mezclados, introducidos en tolva, extrusionados y secados, dando lugar a las briquetas de combustible de especial utilización como complemento del carbón o cok utilizado en las plantas cementeras, quemándose junto con dicho carbón o cok hasta conseguir el poder calorífico necesario para la obtención del klinker, que molido este es el cemento.Procedure for obtaining a combustible product from urban waste, sludge and industrial oils.
