Abstract

Sistema de inoculación de muestras biológicas en la superficie de agar en cápsulas Petri. Se efectúa mediante un dispositivo inoculador de la muestra en el gel de la cápsula Petri, siendo muy pequeña la presión de aplicación de la boca de salida para no lesionar el gel. Incluye una jeringa o microjeringa cuyo émbolo invade totalmente la cámara para no administrar aire. Tras la inoculación de la muestra, se desecha la jeringa y así se elimina el lavado y enjuagado convencionales. Está montada de forma fácilmente removible en una carcasa soporte sujeta a un brazo oscilante, habiendo un contrapeso equilibrador. La jeringa se acciona a distancia, preferentemente por cable y con un motor eléctrico, a través de cojinetes, pasando ventajosamente el cable por el eje de oscilación.
