Abstract

Sistema de guiado del hilo de corte diamantado empleado en maquina cortadora de control numérico aplicable a bloques de piedra. Consiste en un conjunto de poleas de guiado (1) montadas dos a dos en los carros verticales (21) de la máquina, con el hilo de corte (3) desplazable entre ambas tangencialmente, estando cada una de las poleas asociada por su ejes con interposición de sendos soportes (20) a un cuerpo (4) giratorio, presentando las poleas (1) un movimiento giratorio en torno a su eje de giro determinado y un movimiento de rotación respecto al hilo de corte (3) por acción del movimiento del cuerpo (4) al objeto de que el hilo permanezca apoyado sobre las poleas, las cuales seguirán la tangente de corte evitando el arco excesivo y el deterioro de las poleas principales. Asimismo incorpora un sistema de desplazamiento longitudinal del conjunto asociado a las poleas (2), que regulando el vano del hilo (3).
