UNA EMULSION ACUOSA DE UN MATERIAL POLIMERICO ORGANICO (PREFERENTEMENTE OLEFINICO), EN DONDE DICHO MATERIAL POLIMERICO CONTIENE: 1) UNA PARTE POLIMERICA HIDROFOBA QUE TIENE UNA DISTRIBUCION DEL TAMAÑO DE LAS PARTICULAS POLIMODAL Y 2) UNA PARTE OLIGOMERICA CON GRUPOS ACIDOS QUE IMPARTE O ES CAPAZ DE IMPARTIR REVERSIBILIDAD AL MATERIAL POLIMERICO DE LA EMULSION, LO CUAL SE CONSIGUE, EN CASO NECESARIO, IONIZANDO UN NUMERO SUFICIENTE DE GRUPOS ACIDOS. LA IONIZACION SE CONSIGUE NORMALMENTE AUMENTANDO EL PH A 7 (NEUTRALIZANDO).
