EN EL PROCESO SE DIVIDE UNA SUSPENSION (1) CONTENIENDO ALMIDON CON UNA MEZCLA DE ADICION DE LIQUIDO (5) DE LAVADO EN UNA CENTRIFUGA (A) EN UN CONCENTRADO (2) QUE CONTIENEN ALMIDON, UNA PRIMERA FASE (3) LIQUIDA CON SUSTANCIAS DISUELTAS DE FORMA PRIMARIA Y UNA SEGUNDA FASE (4) LIQUIDA CON SUSTANCIAS INDISUELTAS DE FORMA PRIMARIA. LA FASE (3) LIQUIDA PRIMARIA ES ADECUADA ESPECIALMENTE COMO LIQUIDO DE LAVADO EN PROCESOS DE LAVADO EN CONTRAFLUJO YA QUE NO CONTIENE SUSTANCIAS NO DISUELTAS OBSTRUCTIVAS. ES TAMBIEN MAS FACIL DE DISPONER DE ESTA FASE LIQUIDA.
