Support which consists of an elongate body 2, preferably made from stainless steel, provided at one of its ends with a circular-base projection of conical configuration 8 equipped with a vertical aperture 8' in the upper part, having, at the opposite end, a cylindrical configuration 3 inside which a cylindrical core 3 made from nylon or the like is incorporated, said core having a central perforation via which a metallic rod 4 is fixed, said rod being provided with a handle or cone 5 on the outer end, while, inside, conventional means are used to fasten a component of frustoconical configuration 6 provided with a circular depression in the face of greater diameter, which component may be replaced by another, similar component 6' which has, in its face of greater diameter, a depression 21 which adopts the form of a frustum of a cone with a cylindrical emergence of smaller diameter, via which a projection 20' of identical configuration to the emerging depression of a plunger 20 with a configuration different from the conventional one is fastened.
