EL PROCEDIMIENTO COMPRENDE CAPTAR LA IMAGEN DE UNA PALETA DIGITALIZANDOLA Y ENVIANDOLA A UNA COMPUTADORA, DETERMINAR LOS CONTORNOS DE ESTA PALETA PARA SU POSTERIOR MEDICION Y EL RESALTE DE LOS DEFECTOS, SEGMENTAR CADA UNO DE LOS ELEMENTOS DE LA PALETA Y DETECTAR Y ANALIZAR ESTOS DEFECTOS EN CADA UNO DE LOS ELEMENTOS SEGMENTADOS. EL SISTEMA ESTA COMPUESTO DE OCHO CAMARAS DE VIDEO ESTANDAR, UNA COMPUTADORA CON TARJETA DE CAPTACION Y PROCESADO DE IMAGENES, DIVERSOS FOCOS PARA LA ILUMINACION, DOS PROYECTORES DE LUZ CON OPTICA INTERMEDIA, UNA CINTA TRANSPORTADORA, DOS VOLTEADORES ELECTROMECANICOS, UNA CABINA DE PROTECCION CON PINTURA NEGRA PARA EL CONTROL DE LA ILUMINACION Y FINALMENTE EL CONJUNTO DE PROGRAMAS INFORMATICOS DESARROLLADOS ESPECIFICAMENTE PARA EL ANALISIS Y LA CLASIFICACION AUTOMATICOS DE LAS PALETAS.
