ESTE GEL, EN PARTICULAR EN FORMA DE BOLAS, SE PREPARA A PARTIR DE UN MATERIAL IONICAMENTE GELIFICABLE MEDIANTE UNA ENTIDAD IONICA DE GELIFICACION, Y SE CARACTERIZA EN QUE DICHO GEL ES DEFICIENTE EN ENTIDAD IONICA DE GELIFICACION, PRESENTANDO ASI UNA AFINIDAD PARA LOS IONES, EN PARTICULAR LOS CATIONES TALES COMO EL ION DE CALCIO, EL ION DE POTASIO.
