Abstract

System whereby the component 2 to be formed is arranged over a matrix chamber 1 filled with water, whilst the movable part 3 of the forming die is connected to a position sensor 4, the signal from which is processed by a computer 5 for the electronic regulation of the pressure of water in the chamber 1, said regulation being achieved by means of a complementary oil circuit which acts in connection with the rear chamber 10 of a pressure- converter cylinder 8, the front chamber 9 of which is in communication with the matrix chamber 1.
