EN UNA PRIMERA FASE (1), LOS RESIDUOS CONTAMINANTES SUFREN UN TRATAMIENTO BIOQUIMICO, PASANDO, SEGUIDAMENTE, A UN DEPOSITO DONDE EL ALPECHIN/ALPEORUJO SON ABSORBIDOS/RETENIDOS POR MATERIALES ORGANICOS LIGNOCELULOSICOS, SOMETIENDOLOS A UN PROCESO ANAEROBIO (2) ESTRICTO PARA DESARROLLAR UNA MICROFLORA BACTERIANA QUE ORIGINE SUSTANCIAS FENOLICOLIGNOPROTEICAS Y ACIDOS ESTABLES.
