Abstract

The invention relates to a secure structure which, in place of the standard foundation, comprises a sizeable concrete shell (1) in the form of a spherical cap. The aforementioned shell together with the actual almost-cone-shaped building configuration (6) ensure that the assembly acts as a rocking element which, in the event of possible tilting, regains the initial vertical position thereof. Said concrete shell (1) can emerge partially or fully from the ground (2) or can be completely buried therein. In the latter case, the platform (3) of the shell is provided with a peripheral projection (8) such that dampers can be provided between the platform (3) and the ground, said dampers elastically absorbing forces that can cause the lateral tilting of the structure.
