Abstract

El sistema consiste en incorporar en un vehículo (1) de circulación por carreteras (2), un transmisor (3) de datos codificados que son recibidos por estaciones base o antenas (4) distribuidas a lo largo de las carreteras (2), de modo que tanto la situación del vehículo (1) como sus características puedan ser evaluadas por la policía de tráfico, a fin de determinar el modo adecuado de actuar en función de los datos recibidos. Los datos emitidos a través del transmisor (3) del vehículo (1) a las estaciones base (4), son enviados desde ésta al receptor (10) de una central que puede estar situada en un vehículo de agentes de tráfico (5) o en una comisaría, etc, de manera que en cualquier caso el sistema establece un medio eficaz de intercomunicación entre vehículos en circulación (1) y estaciones base (4) de recepción de las señales emitidas por los vehículos (1), que son recibidas, desde esas estaciones base (4) de una central de gestión.
