Abstract
Método para la pirólisis de productos residuales que contienen hidrocarburos, especialmente neumáticos usados, en el cual a) está previsto sólo un horno de pirólisis (1), donde el material a someter a pirólisis es cargado fuera del horno (1) en una estación de carga o en un dispositivo de recogida (40, 50), b) seguidamente el dispositivo de recogida (40, 50) es introducido desde abajo en un horno de pirólisis abierto por la parte inferior, el cual está al mismo tiempo cerrado herméticamente, c) después, el horno (1) es calentado desde el exterior mediante un quemador (7) a una temperatura de pirólisis de aproximadamente 500°C y la pirólisis es completamente realizada, donde en el horno de pirólisis (1), construido como un horno de doble pared con un canal en espiral de aire caliente (6) situado de manera espiral, el aire caliente es conducido de manera espiral desde abajo hacia arriba y recibido en el extremo superior del horno, y donde los gases resultantes de la pirólisis son retirados por un tubo de evacuación (20) que sale verticalmente desde la cúpula del horno (10) prevista en la parte superior, d) entonces, una vez terminada por completo la pirólisis, el dispositivo de recogida (40, 50) es bajado y transportado a la estación de descarga, donde se retiran los materiales restantes, e) y otro dispositivo de recogida cargado de material a someter a pirólisis es conducido desde la estación de carga e introducido en el horno.
