Abstract

Un material polimérico que incorpora un compuesto biguanídico resistente a la infección que cuelga de la cadena de polímero, estando químicamente unido a ella a través de algunos pero no todos los átomos de nitrógeno amínicos del grupo o grupos biguanídicos -NH-C(NH)-NH-C(NH)-NH- del compuesto biguanídico resistente a la infección, y la mencionada unión química a los átomos de nitrógeno de amina secundaria es mediante un enlace de urea sustituida, o un enlace de tiourea sustituida, o un enlace de amida N, N-disustituida, o un enlace hemiaminal o aminal N, N-disustituido, o un enlace de amina terciaria.
