Abstract

Procedimiento para el combate de parásitos en productos almacenados, especialmente en productos de tabaco, caracterizado porque el material invadido se somete temporalmente a una congelación ultrarrápida a temperaturas bajo cero, seleccionándose la duración mínima y la temperatura mínima del tratamiento de choque de manera que el parásito de provisiones sea destruido en todos sus estadios de desarrollo.
