Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a 3-amino-4-hidroxi- -[[[2-(4-metoxifenil)-1-metiletil]amino]metil]bencenometanol, a las composiciones farmacéuticas del mismo y a su utilización en el tratamiento y prevención de enfermedades pulmonares. La invención se refiere además a isómeros ópticamente puros de 3-amino-4-hidroxi-[[[2-(4-metoxifenil)-1-metiletil]amino]metil]bencenometanol y a un procedimiento para su preparación.
