Abstract

Procedimiento para la optimización de la dosificación de agente de cambio de carga para pasta recuperada en forma de una suspensión de fibras de papel tratado en una estucadora y a realimentar a la línea de producción, caracterizado porque de la corriente principal de la pasta recuperada se deriva una corriente parcial, se mide el caudal de la corriente principal y de la corriente parcial, se determina la turbiedad de la corriente parcial, se añade corriente abajo el agente de cambio de carga en una cantidad variable en el tiempo y, a continuación de ello, se vuelve a determinar la turbiedad, porque la dosificación óptima se determina a partir de la variación de la turbiedad por el agente de cambio de carga y se realiza proporcionalmente a los caudales másicos o volumétricos en la corriente principal.
