Abstract

El sistema de llamada automática de taxis desde dispositivos móviles es un sistema cuya funcionalidad consiste en permitir a un usuario de un terminal móvil realizar una llamada a un taxi de manera totalmente automatizada sin tener que establecer comunicación hablada alguna. Para ello, el sistema dispondrá de una estación central que recibirá las peticiones de servicio desde los terminales móviles de usuario, procesará dichas solicitudes de servicio y las transmitirá al taxi libre más cercano al usuario indicándole el lugar donde debe proporcionar el servicio. Además le proporcionará al usuario una confirmación de servicio, permitiéndole identificar qué taxi se le ha asignado y el momento en que éste llega a recogerle. Todo este proceso se producirá de manera óptima y sin intervenir en ningún momento un operador humano. El sistema tendrá aplicación en cualquier zona habitada en la que se preste un servicio de reserva de taxis vía telefónica por parte de usuarios.The automatic taxi calling system from mobile devices is a system whose functionality consists in allowing a user of a mobile terminal to make a call to a taxi in a fully automated manner without having to establish any spoken communication.
