Abstract
Procedimiento de recuperación de metales reciclables, en residuos sólidos de las industrias siderúrgicas, por destilación y reducción carbotérmica, en los estados sólido y líquido. El procedimiento de reciclado, consiste en la aplicación sobre los residuos (previamente mezclados con carbón y un fundente, y aglomerados), de un tratamiento inicial de destilación con gases parcialmente oxidados y a alta temperatura, mediante el que se obtiene, dos fracciones en estado sólido, con los constituyentes volátiles, (concentrado de ZnO), y no volátiles, (rica en hierro metálico, denominado en lo sucesivo DRI), dotadas de unas características y estado, que mejoran la eficacia de la aplicación posterior, a cada uno de ellos, de tratamientos específicos de reciclado, (hidrometalúrgico y de fusión reductora, respectivamente), para la recuperación de los metales valiosos que contienen, y/o poder reducir los costes de vertido.Procedure for the recovery of recyclable metals, in solid waste from the steel industries, by distillation and carbothermal reduction, in the solid and liquid states. The recycling process consists of the application on the residues (previously mixed with coal and a flux, and agglomerates), of an initial distillation treatment with partially oxidized gases and at high temperature, by means of which two solid state fractions are obtained , with volatile constituents, (ZnO concentrate), and non-volatile, (rich in metallic iron, hereinafter referred to as DRI), equipped with characteristics and condition, which improve the effectiveness of the subsequent application, to each of them , of specific recycling treatments (hydrometallurgical and reductive fusion, respectively), for the recovery of the valuable metals they contain, and / or to reduce the costs of spillage.
