Abstract
Microaccionador electrostático a base de accionadores elementales distribuidos (110) que comprenden cada uno la placa o viga flexible (10) provista en un extremo de un murete o cojinete (12) en resalte, dirigido hacia un substrato (20) revestido con una capa aislante (22) y un generador (30) adaptado para aplicar unos impulsos de tensión entre la placa (10) y el substrato (20), caracterizado porque integra un gran número de dichos accionadores elementales (110) asociados y unos medios (130) para aplicar individualmente, sobre la totalidad de los accionadores (110), una pretensión mecánica exterior por el uso de medios que garantizan una superposición de las fuerzas motrices generadas por los diferentes accionadores elementales y, por otra parte, transferir a una carga exterior común, la resultante de las fuerzas motrices salidas del comportamiento colectivo de estos mismos accionadores elementales, estando los accionadores elementales (110) formados en una hoja de soporte (100) monolítica dispuesta en un juego mecánico en la intercara de dos cuerpos sólidos (200, 210) articulados uno respecto al otro, de tal manera que el marco de la hoja (100) esté en contacto con uno de los cuerpos sólidos (210), mientras que los accionadores elementales (110) están en contacto con otro cuerpo (200) implicado en la articulación.
