Abstract

Pre-receptor de las células T (PRE-TCR). Caracterización y regulación de su expresión y función durante el desarrollo de las células T en húmanos. La presente invención proporciona herramientas técnicas para la identificación y selección de subespecies de linfocitos pre-T humanos a partir del pre-receptor de células T (pT{al}). Además, se describen métodos de regulación de la expresión y función de dicho receptor durante el desarrollo de los linfocitos T humanos. Como una realización particular de la presente invención, entre otras, se presenta el anticuerpo monoclonal K5G3 que reconoce específicamente a la isoforma pT{al}{sup,a}, lo que permite por vez primera analizar la expresión de la cadena pT{al} en la superficie celular.
