Abstract

Sistema compacto de enfriamiento y servicio para barriles de cerveza de pequeña capacidad, consistente en la disposición de un módulo compacto compuesto por un armario frigorífico de pequeñas dimensiones, y puerta pivotante, en el que se introduce un barril de cerveza de dimensiones acordes y capacidad reducida, al que se conectan directamente el conducto de contrapresión de gas carbónico y el grifo de salida del producto. El módulo comporta exteriormente una consola de control para el equipo refrigerador que contiene en su interior, la cual está encargada de bajar y mantener la temperatura interior del módulo y, en consecuencia, la del barril, entre 3 y 4°C. El armario frigorífico está unido con el equipo compresor interior mediante un soporte distanciador de enlace, existiendo entre ellos una distancia mínima que permite pasar entre ambos el mostrador de servicio.
