Abstract

Soporte de planchas de impresi¢n y procedimiento de fabricaci¢n de soportes de planchas de impresi¢n o de planchas de impresi¢n offset. La invenci¢n se refiere a soportes de planchas de impresi¢n de banda de aluminio laminada y estampada, cuya superficie tiene cavidades con un di metro medio < 25{mi}m y una extensi¢n <= 1,5 (longitud : ancho, seg£n direcci¢n de banda), con un n£mero de cavidades > 2500/mm{sup,2}, y a su procedimiento de fabricaci¢n en el que la rugosidad de la superficie se obtiene por estampaci¢n con cilindros que tienen superficies con elevaciones microsc¢picas de distribuci¢n estoc stica en forma de casquetes esf¿ricos y un perfil de rugosidad de p£as redondas, as¡ como a planchas de impresi¢n de offset. Los soportes de planchas de impresi¢n hechos con este procedimiento tienen una capa de ¢xido an¢dica sobre la que se ha aplicado una capa fotosensible, hidr¢foba y ole¢fila.
