Abstract

Procedimiento de preparación mediante molido criogénico de mezclas de poliésteres aromáticos con control del grado de transesterificación. Se presenta un procedimiento para la preparación de mezclas de polímeros de policondensación como: poliésteres, poliamidas, policarbonatos, poliuretanos, poliimidas, polietercetonas y polímeros similares que son capaces de desarrollar reacciones de intercambio tendentes a formar copolímeros mediante transesterificación, transamidación, intercambio ester-amida u otro tipo de reacción de intercambio. El procedimiento permite la obtención de mezclas con un grado controlado de transesterificación, o de la reacción de intercambio relacionada, y consiste en: 1) Premezcla de los granulados iniciales de los polímeros de interés. 2) Molido criogénico de la premezcla. 3) Termomoldeo a presión en un molde deseado del polvo obtenido por molido criogénico y ulterior enfriamiento rápido para obtener un material amorfo.Preparation procedure by means of cryogenic grinding of mixtures of aromatic polyesters with control of the degree of transesterification. A procedure is presented for the preparation of mixtures of polycondensation polymers such as: polyesters, polyamides, polycarbonates, polyurethanes, polyimides, polyetherketones and similar polymers that are capable of developing exchange reactions tending to form copolymers by means of transesterification, transamidation, ester-amide exchange. or another type of exchange reaction. The procedure allows obtaining mixtures with a controlled degree of transesterification, or the related exchange reaction, and consists of: 1) Premixing the initial granules of the polymers of interest. 2) Cryogenic grinding of the premix. 3) Thermoforming under pressure in a desired mold of the powder obtained by cryogenic grinding and subsequent rapid cooling to obtain an amorphous material.
