Abstract
Procedimiento de obtención de vanadatos de calcio por mezcla de CaCO{sub,3} - V{sub,2}O{sub,5}. Cuando la mezcla de CaCO{sub,3} - V{sub,2}O{ub,5} ó CaO - V{sub,2}O{sub,5} se hace reaccionar en una atmósfera saturada de humedad, se produce un aumento de reactividad de la misma, llégandose a obtener la descomposición de la calcita a temperatura ambiente. Si la mezcla CaCO{sub,3} - V{sub,2}O{sub,5} se somete a condiciones hidrotermales en las que la temperatura es superior a 100ºC, el producto final de la reacción son los distintos metavanadatos anhidros, según la estequiometría de partida, conseguidos a temperaturas menores que las necesarias en el procedimiento tradicional, lo que conlleva un ahorro energético con respecto a dicho procedimiento de calentamiento por vía seca.Procedure for obtaining calcium vanadates by mixing CaCO{sub,3} - V{sub,2}O{sub,5}. When the mixture of CaCO{sub,3} - V{sub,2}O{ub,5} or CaO - V{sub,2}O{sub,5} is reacted in an atmosphere saturated with humidity, it produces an increase in its reactivity, reaching the decomposition of calcite at room temperature. If the CaCO{sub,3} - V{sub,2}O{sub,5} mixture is subjected to hydrothermal conditions in which the temperature is higher than 100ºC, the final product of the reaction is the different anhydrous metavanadates, according to the starting stoichiometry, achieved at lower temperatures than those necessary in the traditional procedure, which entails energy savings with respect to said dry heating procedure.
