Abstract

Junta de cartucho para obturar la hendidura anular entre una carcasa y un eje (7) montado en la misma, con un anillo exterior incorporado al taladro de la carcasa, con un elemento de obturación (2) y un anillo interior (6), inmovilizado sobre el eje, con una superficie de rodadura para el elemento de obturación (2), así como una chapa deflectora (10) unida integralmente al anillo interior (6) que, con relación a la carcasa, forma una ranura (11) dirigida axialmente hacia fuera, en donde el elemento de obturación (2) se compone de una corona de fijación (3, 25) con una pieza de cubo (4), que abarca de forma estanca la superficie de rodadura (5) del anillo interior (6) y la corona de fijación (3, 25), con su superficie libre (17, 26) dirigida axialmente hacia dentro, está dispuesta enfrente de la chapa deflectora (10), de tal forma que durante un desplazamiento axial del elemento de obturación (2) y del anillo interior (6) uno con respecto a otro, la superficie libre (17, 26) de la corona defijación (3, 25) llega a hacer contacto con la chapa deflectora (10), así como el anillo interior (6) y la chapa deflectora (10) están dotados, por sus lados situados radialmente hacia dentro, de una capa (8) de material elastomérico, caracterizada porque la capa elastomérica (8) del anillo interior (6) está dotada de una falda de obturación (20) anular, cuyo diámetro interior (d) es inferior al diámetro interior (D) de resaltes anulares (9) de la capa elastomérica (8).
