Abstract

Instalación para automatizar los procesos de envasado y conservación de pescado. La instalación, prevista para realizar el proceso de envasado y conservación de pescado fresco, tiene por finalidad realizar de manera automática la mayor parte de las operaciones requeridas en el propio proceso de envasado, contando con una cinta de apilado (5) de envases vacíos, un dispositivo despaletizador (6) que extrae secuencialmente el envase inferior de la pila, existiendo una cinta transportadora (15) situada bajo un dosificador de hielo (16), a continuación de la cual existe un camino de rodillos (17) de una báscula en la que se sitúan los envases para su llenado mediante pescado procedente de una lavadora de pescado, siendo a continuación situado cada envase lleno en una segunda cinta transportadora (21) por encima del cual se dispone un aplicador de film (23) que cubre el pescado contenido en el envase procediendo seguidamente al depositado de una dosis de hielo desde una tolva (22), para finalmente situarse los envases hasta apilarse en una cantidad apropiada sobre una plataforma (31) situada a la salida, efectuándose finalmente el flejado de los envases (32) apilados en la salida, para su almacenamiento o carga definitiva sobre un medio de transporte.Installation to automate the processes of packaging and conservation of fish.
