Abstract
Procedimiento y planta para el tratamiento de residuos con alta carga orgánica y elevado contenido en humedad. El procedimiento comprende: a) fermentar anaeróbicamente un residuo con una carga orgánica, expresada en función de un poder calorífico inferior (Pci) >= 3.000 kcal/kg de materia seca, y 50-95% de humedad, para producir biogás y un lodo desgasificado con 60-95% de humedad; b) alimentar el biogás a un sistema de cogeneración; c) concentrar, en su caso, el lodo desgasificado hasta obtener un lodo con 60- 80% de humedad; d) secar el lodo concentrado hasta obtener un lodo con 25-35% de humedad; y e) quemar el lodo seco en una caldera acoplada a un sistema turbogenerador. El procedimiento permite tratar y valorizar residuos con elevada carga orgánica y humedad. La planta comprende al menos un digestor, un sistema de cogeneración alimentado por biogás, un equipo para concentrar lodos, un equipo para secar lodos y una caldera acoplada a un sistema turbogenerador.
