Abstract
Un procedimiento para fabricar núcleos de cartón en espiral para la industria papelera devanando capas de cartón en espiral alrededor de un mandril en un tubo, teniendo los núcleos un espesor de pared H de 10 mm o más y un diámetro interior de más de 70 mm, siendo dichos núcleos utilizados a velocidades de enrollado/desenrollado de al menos 200 m/min (3,3 m/s), caracterizado porque la superficie cilíndrica sobre la que se produce los esfuerzos máximos a la tracción y al cizallamiento, es decir, un esfuerzo máximo en la dirección z, se produce en la pared de un núcleo de cartón acabado y en la proximidad de dicha superficie cilíndrica, incluyendo la capa de cartón en la parte media de la pared del núcleo, - con el diámetro interior del núcleo siendo 73 mm a 110 mm: Lmp < 1550 mm, preferiblemente menor que 1450 mm y más preferiblemente, menor que 1300 mm, - con el diámetro interior del núcleo siendo 111 mm a 144 mm: Lmp < 1900 mm,preferiblemente menor que 1650 mm y más preferiblemente, menor que 1500 mm y - con el diámetro interior del núcleo siendo 145 mm a 180 mm: Lmp < 2450 mm, preferiblemente 2200 a 1500 mm y más preferiblemente, menos que 1500 mm, donde Lmp= es una longitud del borde de la capa de cartón en la superficie cilíndrica por metro lineal del núcleo de cartón.
