Abstract
Un compuesto que tiene la fórmula general (I): en la que R0-R6 se seleccionan independientemente de al menos uno del grupo de sustituyentes (a) a (g) que comprenden: (a) H; (b) alquilo o hidroxialquilo de cadena lineal, ramificada o cíclica saturado o insaturado que tiene de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono; (c) O-alquilo, S-alquilo o N-(alquilo)n, siendo alquilo como se ha definido en (b) y siendo n 1 ó 2; (d) C(O)-alquilo, O-C(O)-alquilo, S-C(O)-alquilo o NH-C(O)- alquilo, siendo alquilo como se ha definido en (b); (e) F, Cl o Br; (f) O-arilo; (g) NR8R9, siendo R8 y R9 independientemente H o alquilo, C(O)-alquilo, hidroxialquilo u O-alquilo de cadena lineal, ramificada o cíclica saturado o insaturado con 1 a 6 átomos de carbono; pudiendo formar NR8R9 opcionalmente un anillo saturado o insaturado de cinco o seis miembros; en la que X1 y X2 se seleccionan independientemente de un grupo de radicales formado por: -Cm- sustituido independientemente con los sustituyentes (a) a (g), siendo m un número entero de 1 a 3 y pudiendo contener el radical -Cm- una funcionalidad de doble enlace, cetona o tiocetona; -O-; -S-; y -NR10-, siendo R10 H o alquilo, C(O)-alquilo, hidroxialquilo u O-alquilo de cadena lineal, ramificada o cíclica saturado o insaturado con 1 a 6 átomos de carbono; en la que Y se selecciona de un grupo de radicales formado por: -CR11=N-; -N=CR12-; -N=N-; -CR13=CR14-; - CR15R16CR17R18-; -CR19R20O-; -OCR21R22-; -CR22R23NR24- ; -NR25CR26R27- y -NR28NR29-, seleccionándose R11- R29 independientemente de los sustituyentes (a) a (g); en la que Z, tomado junto con el átomo de nitrógeno al que está unido forma un grupo seleccionado de pirrolidinilo, piperidinilo, morfolinilo, imidazolilo, piridinilo, pirrolilo y 4-N-(R30)-piperazinilo, seleccionándose R30 de los sustituyentes (a) a (g); sus tautómeros, solvatos y derivados marcados con isótopos; y sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables.
