Abstract

Dispositivo para la desintegración preliminar y acortamiento de material de plantas del tipo de tallos o esquejes, que contienen fibras, con objeto del desmaderado, caracterizado porque aguas arriba de la menos una cuchilla (4) de un rotor de corte (3) está dispuesta, para la realización del corte para el acortamiento preliminar del material de plantas (1), al menos una herramienta de impacto o bien de flexión (5), que es adecuada para ahuecar antes del corte de acortamiento, a través de una actuación de impacto, de flexión y/o de aplastamiento, el conglomerado de plantas crecidas, especialmente la unión celular interna del conglomerado de las plantas naturales crecidas y de proveerlas con grietas de flexión y de reventón, de tal forma que no se pueden caer componentes fibrosos y/o se puede evaporar fácilmente la humedad presente.
