Abstract

Un conjunto de matriz para el estampado por embutición de una chapa metálica en una prensa que comprende: una estructura de la matriz superior (20) y una estructura de la matriz inferior (90), cada una construida y dispuesta para ser montada en una prensa para el desplazamiento recíproco entre ellas, teniendo dicha estructura de la matriz superior y dicha estructura de la matriz inferior superficies complementarias de estampado (26,94) para el estampado de chapa metálica (130) con una configuración deseada, un conjunto de sujeción que tiene una superficie de sujeción superior (136) en dicha estructura de la matriz superior (20) y una superficie de sujeción inferior (132) en dicha estructura de la matriz inferior (90) y un conjunto de estiramiento (40,99) que tiene una estructura de sujeción superior (44) en dicha estructura de la matriz superior (20) y una estructura de sujeción inferior (100) en dicha estructura de la matriz inferior (90) estando montadas dicha estructura de sujeción superior (44) y dicha estructura de sujeción inferior (100) para su desplazamiento hacia dichas superficies de sujeción superior e inferior (136,132) y en sentido contrario, y una estructura para impartir fuerza (34, 112) que comprende una primera superficie de leva (36) provista en la estructura de la matriz superior (20) que interacciona con una segunda superficie de leva correspondiente (114) en dicho conjunto de estiramiento (40) caracterizado por estar construido dicho conjunto de forma tal que cuando se aplica una fuerza para efectuar dicho desplazamiento recíproco de dicha estructura de la matriz superior (20) y de dicha estructura de la matriz inferior (90) para estampar la chapa metálica (130) con dicha configuración deseada, dichas estructuras de sujeción superior e inferior (44, 100) se ven forzadas a desplazarse alejándose de dichas superficies de sujeciónsuperior e inferior (132, 136) después de que dicha parte extrema de dicha chapa metálica (130) está sujeta entre dichas superficies de sujeción superior e inferior (132, 136) y dicha parte extrema opuesta de dicha chapa metálica (130) está sujeta entre dicha estructura de sujeción superior (44) y dicha estructura de sujeción inferior (100), haciendo de esta manera que dicha chapa metálica sea estirada cuando las estructuras de la matriz superior e inferior (20, 90) se desplazan una hacia la otra.
