COMPRENDE ADEMAS MEDIOS PARA MOVER DE MANERA CONTROLABLE EL PISTON EN CADA CILINDRO, PRINCIPALMENTE MEDIANTE UNA RUEDA EXCENTRICA (15A, 15B, 15C, 15D) PARA CADA UNO DE DICHOS PISTONES, ACTUANDO SOBRE UNO DE SUS EXTREMOS.
