Abstract
Un dispositivo electrónico de potencia, en particular una fase de ondulador o vibrador (36), que comprende un elemento de refrigeración (2), una pluralidad de módulos de potencia (38) fijados sobre dicho elemento de refrigeración, y funciones complementarias de dicho dispositivo, en particular encendedores o conmutadores (40), estando fabricado dicho elemento de refrigeración (2) de un material eléctricamente aislante y comprendiendo medios de aporte y de evacuación (29) de un fluido portador del calor, un volumen interior (V) de circulación de dicho fluido, y al menos una abertura (28) que pone en comunicación dicho volumen interior (V) con el exterior de dicho elemento, formando un borde o contorno (24) de cada abertura (28) un asiento de recepción, con la interposición de medios de estanqueidad (43), para una base (38A) de cada módulo de potencia (38), caracterizado porque los módulos de potencia (38) se fijan o aseguran por paresa la altura de las aberturas (28) correspondientes dispuestas de forma simétrica con respecto a un plano medio (P) del elemento de refrigeración (2).
