Abstract
Conjunto de componentes para la preparación de masas de silicona que se reticulan con acetoxisilanos, que se endurecen rápidamente, sobre la base de diórgano-polisiloxanos terminados por lo menos bifuncionalmente, agentes reticulantes del tipo de acetoxi-silanos, así como eventualmente materiales de carga, apropiados aditivos y pigmentos, que contiene los siguientes componentes: A) 100 partes en peso de un diórgano-polisiloxano terminado por lo menos bifuncionalmente, estando constituido este polisiloxano por una cadena lineal o ramificada a base de unidades recurrentes (que se repiten) de la fórmula y conteniendo por lo menos dos extremos funcionales Z, con Z: -H, -OH, -OR 1 y SiR 3 (OCOR 4 )2 R 1 , R 2 : radicales hidrocarbilo saturados o insaturados con 1 15 átomos de carbono, eventualmente sustituidos con grupos de halógeno o ciano R 3 : hidrógeno o un radical hidrocarbilo o hidrocarbiloxi univalente, saturado o insaturado, con 1 -15átomos de carbono R 4 : hidrógeno y/o un radical hidrocarbilo saturado o insaturado alifático, cicloalifático o aromático, con 1 15 átomos de carbono, eventualmente sustituido con grupos de halógeno o ciano; B) de 0,1 a 20 partes en peso de un agente reticulante del tipo de acetoxi-silano de la fórmula general R 3 y {Si{(OCOR 4 )4-y siendo y = 0 ó 1, y teniendo R 3 y R 4 los signicados anteriores; C) de 0,1 a 20 partes en peso de un agente acelerador; D) de 0 a 20 partes en peso de agua; caracterizado porque el agente acelerador en el componente C es una sal neutra de hierro o aluminio con un ácido inorgánico.
