Abstract
La invención se refiere a un dispositivo perforador para crear ramificaciones en un sondeo perforado en roca inestable, en donde el dispositivo comprende una cabeza perforadora piloto (14) cuya progresión está completamente controlada y tiene una barrena (4) unida a la misma. La cabeza perforadora piloto comprende una abertura (42) sobre su periferia, una pieza de deflexión (50) situado dentro de la cabeza así como aberturas de salida (34, 36) a través de las cuales se expulsa una suspensión de refuerzo del sondeo. Una cabeza perforadora interna (44) es capaz de desplazarse longitudinalmente a lo largo de la cabeza perforadora piloto (14) y es desviada por la pieza de deflexión (50) de la trayectoria (54) de la cabeza perforadora piloto (14). Antes de la finalización de un sondeo piloto haciendo avanzar la cabeza perforadora piloto cuya progresión se control a de forma completa, se expulsa una suspensión de refuerzo del sondeo desde la cabeza perforadora piloto mientras que la cabeza perforadora interna pasa por la pieza de deflexión en la cabeza perforadora piloto, de esta manera se crea una ramificación haciendo avanzar la cabeza perforadora interna.
