Abstract
LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A LA FABRICACION, A ESCALA INDUSTRIAL, DE POS MULTIFUNCIONALES. EL OBJETIVO DE LA INVENCION ES PERFECCIONAR EL PROCEDIMIENTO DE MULTIFUNCIONALIZACION DE POS DESCRITO EN LA WO 96/16 125 PARA HACER UN PROCEDIMIENTO INDUSTRIAL DE FABRICACION DE POS MULTIFUNCIONALES. ESTE OBJETIVO SE ALCANZA POR LA INVENCION QUE SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE FABRICACION (SEMI)CONTINUO DE POS CON FUNCIONALIDADES SI - ALQUILO Y SIOR (R = ALQUILO), EN EL QUE: 1. SE DELIMITA CONTINUAMENTE UN REACTOR A DE DESHIDROGENOCONDENSACION CON UN POS CON SIH, UN ALCOHOL ROH Y PLATINO; 2. SE EVACUA Y SE RECUPERA CONTINUAMENTE EL GAS FORMADO ELIMINANDO EL H 2 QUE CONTIENE Y RECICLANDO EL ROH POR CONDENSACION; 3. SE TRANSFIERE INMEDIATAMENTE EL POS CON SIH Y CON SIOR DERIVADO DE 1. EN UN REACTOR B DE HIDROSILILACION, PARA RECUPERAR FINALMENTE UN POS CON SI - ALQUILO Y CON SIOR. LA INVENCION SE REFIERE TAMBIEN A UN DISPOSITIVO PARA LA REALIZACION DE ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO. EL REACTOR DE ESTE DISPOSITIVO ES MULTIETAPICO. APLICACION: SINTESIS CONTINUA DE POS MULTIFUNCIONALES.
