Abstract
Aparato de filtración de lecho granular móvil para el acondicionado de gases calientes, particularmente para la eliminación de material en partículas de gas caliente, por medio de la contactación de dicho gas con material granular de filtración, siendo del tipo que tiene una cámara de filtración, conteniendo un material granular de filtración en régimen cuasi- estacionario, y una parte inferior ahusada comprendiendo por lo menos una tubería de entrada para la alimentación de gases calientes que deben filtrarse y al menos una tubería de salida para la extracción de gas caliente filtrado. La principal característica consiste en una unidad de fluidización montada en la cámara de filtración, situada encima de cada tubería de entrada. Combina las ventajas de un lecho móvil granular y de un lecho fluidizado, a elevadas temperaturas, sin piezas móviles. La filtración se beneficia de dos mecanismos: (a) impacto inercial en el lecho fluido; (b) filtración vía capa superficial en el lecho cuasi-estacionario.Mobile granular bed filtration apparatus for conditioning hot gases, particularly for the removal of hot gas particulate material, by contacting said gas with granular filtration material, the type having a filtration chamber, containing a granular filtration material in a quasi-stationary regime, and a tapered bottom part comprising at least one inlet pipe for the supply of hot gases to be filtered and at least one outlet pipe for the extraction of filtered hot gas. The main feature is a fluidization unit mounted in the filtration chamber, located above each inlet pipe. It combines the advantages of a granular moving bed and a fluidized bed, at high temperatures, without moving parts. Filtration benefits from two mechanisms: (a) inertial impact on the fluid bed; (b) filtration via surface layer in the quasi-stationary bed.
