Abstract
Procedimiento de eliminación de metales no férreos tales como el Zn y el Pb de partida de barros que contienen hierro, que comprenden las etapas operatorias siguientes: - una etapa no selectiva de lixiviación de los barros que contienen hierro en un medio oxidante ácido a un pH inferior a 2 en un reactor a fin de obtener una suspensión lixiviada, utilizando dicha etapa un agente lixiviante que contiene esencialmente HCl y/o FeCl3; - una primera etapa de separación en el curso de la cual la suspensión lixivada es separada en una fracción sólida y en una solución; - una etapa de oxidación en la cual la solución sufre una oxidación por un agente oxidante, que provoca la conversión del Fe++ en la solución en Fe+++; - reutilización de la solución oxidada en la etapa de lixiviación, lo que provoca una precipitación del Fe+++ en el reactor y su eliminación de la solución en el curso de la primera etapa de separación mientras que el ácido ligado en forma deFeCl3 es recuperado.
