Abstract

Máquina para paletizar cajas vacías. La máquina realiza el enfardado de cajas de plástico, formando grupos de tres cajas: dos exteriores enfrentadas por sus embocaduras y una en el interior de ambas. Estos fardos se apilan descansando sobre uno de los laterales de las cajas exteriores, o bien, sobre la base de una de éstas. Para este último caso la máquina incluye un dispositivo volteador. Las cajas acceden a la máquina sobre una cinta transportadora (1), apoyadas por una misma cara lateral y de tres en tres enfrentándose a una rampa descendente (9), siendo empujadas por sendas palancas (5) que obligan a la caja central a colocarse bocabajo cayendo por la rampa (9). Las dos cajas laterales giran en su plano por la existencia de unas guías (10). La caja central está más elevada y se detiene antes de llegar al final de la rampa, quedando así preparadas para que entren en acción unas pinzas (14) que juntan las cajas exteriores, entregando el fardo así formado, sobre una cadena de transporte (20). Ventajosamente se forman a la vez dos grupos de tres cajas dispuestos en la misma rampa (9). Los fardos llegan a un apilador provisto de otras pinzas (30) que levantan la capa de fardos formada, dejando paso a una nueva capa, descendiendo después para levantar el conjunto y así sucesivamente hasta que se deposita el apilamiento sobre un palet.
