Abstract

Sistema de estabilización formal para cajas de cartón. A partir de una caja de cartón con cualquier solución estructural, cuyos testeros (3'') cuentan con una aleta superior y media (6) prolongación ascendente de dicho testero, y una escotadura inferior y complementaria (7) para conseguir un acoplamiento machihembrado entre cajas que las estabilice durante su transporte, el sistema consiste en relacionar cada testero (3'') con el fondo (1) de la caja a través de una arista (2'') que se retrae progresivamente en dicho fondo (1), desde sus zonas extremas hacia su zona media, bien con una trayectoria curvilínea o con dos sectores rectilíneos y convergentes hacia la escotadura (7), de manera que cada testero (3'') adopta una configuración ligeramente abovedada, de concavidad exterior, que potencia considerablemente su resistencia mecánica frente a los esfuerzos de la carga contenida en la caja, durante el transporte de la misma, tendentes a deformar dichos testeros (3'') hacia fuera.Formal stabilization system for cardboard boxes.
