Abstract

Sistema de modularidad y accionamiento aplicable al carnero- cabezal de una fresadora, según el cual, el carnero (1.1) incorpora dentro de él y en uno de sus extremos un motor (2), que se constituye en el motor principal acoplado, a través de una reductora (3) a un eje de transmisión de potencia (6); mientras que en su otro extremo lleva también, integrado dentro de él, al eje trasero de giro (16) del cabezal; y porque el eje trasero de giro (16) comporta un motor de accionamiento directo (10) escoltado por dos conjuntos de freno (9 y 11) tipo disco que posibilitan obtener ilimitadas posiciones angulares del eje trasero (16); y porque el eje de transmisión (6) va sustentado en su parte posterior mediante unos rodamientos (5) que tienen incorporado un contador que controla tanto la velocidad de giro, como la posición angular del husillo, tomando la medida de velocidad de giro y de posición directamente del eje de transmisión de potencia (6).
