Abstract

Procedimiento y planta para el tratamiento de purines. El procedimiento comprende (i) efectuar un tratamiento físico- químico sobre la fase líquida de los purines para reducir la emisión del amoníaco contenido en dichos purines durante la etapa de evaporación, mediante stripping o fijación por acidificación; (ii) someter a la corriente líquida resultante de la etapa (i) a una evaporación a vacío hasta obtener un concentrado de sólidos que contiene entre un 20% y un 30% en peso de sólidos; y (iii) secar el concentrado de sólidos procedente de la etapa (ii) hasta obtener un producto con un contenido máximo de humedad del 12%, útil como abono orgánico, opcionalmente enriquecido en una sal amónica fertilizante. La energía térmica y eléctrica necesaria para la realización del procedimiento pueden proceder de una central termoeléctrica. La planta comprende un equipo de evaporación a vacío y un secador.Procedure and plant for the treatment of slurry.
