Abstract

Procedimiento para evaluar unas consultas de lugares (2) o de canales de difusión accesibles por una red de telecomunicaciones (R), caracterizado porque se conecta a la red por lo menos un servidor de recogida (S) independiente de dichos lugares o canales de difusión, y se equipan con medios de medición un conjunto de terminales informáticos conectados a la red, estando los medios de medición (7) de los cuales está equipado un terminal de dicho conjunto, dispuestos para obtener unos elementos de calidad de comunicación cuando tiene lugar un intercambio de mensajes por medio de la red entre el terminal y uno de los lugares cuyas consultas deben evaluarse y para dirigir al servidor de recogida, por medio de la red, unos datos de medición que incluyen unas informaciones sobre la calidad evaluada, asegurando el servidor de recogida un tratamiento de los datos de medición recibidos para estimar la calidad de servicio en la consulta de los lugares o canales de difusión.
