Abstract

Aparato dosificador volumétrico de materia pastosa perfeccionado. Incluye una cámara dosificadora (4) con un émbolo (5) susceptible de ser desplazado por una materia pastosa (M) introducida desde un primer extremo (4a) de dicha cámara desde una posición (5A) hasta una posición (5B) y de ser seguidamente accionado por un fluido presurizado (F) introducido desde un segundo extremo (4b) para retornar a dicha posición (5A) desplazando un volumen de materia (M) delimitado entre las posiciones (5A y 5B), expulsándolo a través del extremo (4a) adyacente a una abertura de un alojamiento que alberga un cuerpo de válvula (7) susceptible de girar y adoptar una primera posición comunicando una entrada (1) de materia con dicha cámara (4), y alternadamente, dicha cámara con una amplia escotadura el fluido F introducido por el segundo extremo 4b de la cámara presionará el émbolo 5 que volverá nuevamente a la primera posición 5A de salida (2), presentando dicha válvula un gran vaciado (70) que, en una segunda posición de la misma, deja una amplia porción del alojamiento (7) hueca y abierta hacia una línea de envasado (B) a través de aquella escotadura (2).
