Abstract
Un método para estimular la expresión de un gen, comprendiendo dicho método llevar a cabo las siguientes etapas ex vivo: i. poner en contacto un ácido nucleico que contiene un elemento de respuesta ligado operativamente al gen con un coactivador ligado que comprende: a) un polipéptido que comprende una función de activación derivada de un coactivador transcripcional, y b) un resto de unión a DNA que es capaz de unirse específicamente al elemento de respuesta; y ii. poner en contacto el coactivador ligado con un polipéptido de factor de transcripción activado que contiene una función de activación derivada de un factor de transcripción, en el que el contacto del coactivador ligado con el polipéptido de factor de transcripción activado estimula la expresión del gen.
