LA PRESENTE INVENCION TRATA DE UN PROCESO Y UN COLOR DE RECUBRIMIENTO PARA RECUBRIR UN ENTRAMADO CELULOSICO. DE ACUERDO CON EL PROCESO SE APLICA UN COLOR DE RECUBRIMIENTO ACUOSO A LA SUPERFICIE DEL ENTRAMADO. LA INVENCION INCLUYE UTILIZAR UN COLOR DE RECUBRIMIENTO QUE CONTIENE UN POLIMERO ACUOSO CUYA VISCOSIDAD EN SOLUCION ACUOSA AUMENTA CUANDO AUMENTA LA TEMPERATURA. PREFERENTEMENTE, SE UTILIZA METILCELULOSA O UN POLIMERO CORRESPONDIENTE CON UNA TEMPERATURA DE GELIFICACION DE APROXIMADAMENTE 5 A 10 (GRADOS) C MAS QUE LA TEMPERATURA DE APLICACION DEL COLOR DE RECUBRIMIENTO. LA TEMPERATURA DEL RECUBRIMIENTO SE AUMENTA TRAS LA APLICACION DEL COLOR DE RECUBRIMIENTO A FIN DE CONSEGUIR LA GELIFICACION DEL POLIMERO. COMO RESULTADO, EL COLOR DE RECUBRIMIENTO SOLIDIFICA RAPIDAMENTE LO QUE DISMINUYE LA CANTIDAD DE MEZCLA RECICLADA Y REDUCE LA FORMACION DE NEBLINA EN EL METODO DE PRENSADO DE PELICULA Y MEJORA EL CUBRIMIENTO DEL RECUBRIMIENTO APLICADO MEDIANTE RECUBRIMIENTO CONVENCIONAL CON PALETA.
