Abstract

Obtención de nuevos cristales líquidos polímeros capaces de interaccionar con liposomas. a. Adición simultánea de polímero cristal líquido colestérico, de molécula helicoidal, tales como PTOBEE (C{sub,26}H{sub,20}O{sub,8}){sub,n} y PTOBDME (C{sub,34}H{sub,36}O{sub,8}){sub,n} a un lípido anhidro con posterior hidratación, agitación y formación de liposomas (Multicapas) ó (Bicapas, por extrusión) con inserción de la molécula helicoidal de polímero cristal líquido a la bicapa lipídica; b. Interacción selectiva del polímero quiral frente a liposomas de lípido según sea dicho lípido racémico ó enantiómero. Cuando el polímero cristal líquido colestérico es añadido a liposomas de lípido enantiómero, se obtiene una estructura donde no se observan transiciones de fase con la temperatura.
