Abstract

Máquina para la elaboración automática de preparados comestibles. El producto básicamente en forma de barras verticales (1) es cortado y depositado sobre una cinta transportadora (8) conjuntamente con otros productos comestibles inyectados o vertidos que pudieran formar parte del preparado. El producto avanza hacia un puesto de envasado al vacío y no es manipulado para evitar la contaminación. Mediante un bastidor móvil (5) portador del dispositivo de corte (4, 30, 31) se forman lonchas o porciones (7) que se depositan suavemente sobre una banda o cinta transportadora (8), siendo después tomadas por una estación de transferencia y depositadas sobre otra cinta portadora de alvéolos en los que se ha hecho el vacío una vez que sobre ellos queda dispuesta una banda o film de plástico (20) procedente de un rodillo inferior (21). Esta banda o cinta transportadora (13, 35) portadora de los alvéolos (12) queda cubierta con otro film plástico (22) procedente de una bobina superior (23), procediéndose después al termosellado y recortado mediante cuchillas del material sobrante, cayendo el producto envasado hacia una cinta o recipiente de recogida.
