Abstract

"Procedimiento de obtención del polimorfo A del mesilato de doxazosina", consistente esencialmente en hacer reaccionar la doxazosina base con el ácido metansulfónico en el seno de una mezcla de disolventes que contiene un alcohol y un disolvente clorado, eliminar posteriormente por destilación el disolvente clorado y precipitar el producto deseado en el seno de un alcohol, previo calentamiento de la suspensión formada a la temperatura de reflujo del disolvente.
